A common industry practice in construction is to give you a quote, then from there you often have no idea who is building on your home or what they are each being paid. For certain situations and very large projects, that can make perfect sense.
In contrast, your weekly invoices from us detail the actual amount each contractor is paid, and our company is paid a set percentage in addition to that. We do exactly the same for the cost of materials; the cost is 100% determined by the cost of the materials you choose.
Clients tell us it’s actually “refreshing” for the details to be so transparent and to not have any hidden costs.
We can do this because we only take on a small number of projects each year.

Jesse Fuller
Since 1997, Fullers Company continues to grow. We started with landscaping and cleaning services, but over the decades we’ve expanded to swimming pools and spas, septic systems, property management, and construction for our clients on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard.
With our long-term reputation on the line, we have a vested interest in making sure our work meets your highest standards.
For a bit of background, my brother — who is an important part of our team — is a carpenter with decades of experience, and I grew up around construction due to my dad’s construction business.
Nevertheless, I never thought of getting into the construction business until a long-time client asked if I would consider managing the construction of his guest house. When we discussed the project, he had already been a client for well over a decade, and he trusted me to make sure the project went well. Previously, he’d had a difficult experience with a house renovation but was very happy with the landscaping and masonry projects my team had completed.
After completing his guest house, I discovered I liked this type of work.
With perfect synchronicity, through all my years of property management for clients, I had built up a great list of contractors I could count on to do high quality work.
That project then led to several other projects.
